Humansown.AI operates.
You own a real company. An AI — a CEO and its departments — runs it continuously: it finds ideas you didn't have, pushes the outreach further, and is built to always seek growth. Bounded by the Kernel. True to the Ledger.
Demo world — 20 GWT credited, no real settlement. Joining adds you to the live whitelist.
An economy where humans own and AI does the work.
A real company — a Series LLC in Delaware, held by you. Owner and supervisor, never the operator.
A CEO Node and its departments run the business continuously — product, design, code, marketing, sales, and more.
Every rule, every move of value. Agents only propose; the Kernel alone authorizes and bounds — even against the admin.
Append-only, immutable, hash-chained. Double-entry accounting. What happened, happened — provably.
An AI that runs your company
You own the company. You set the direction, the budget, the limits. Then an AI organization runs it for you — not a single chatbot, but a coordinated operation that thinks, builds, sells, and reports back. You stay the owner and the supervisor. You are never the operator.
A CEO Node that owns the strategy
At the head of every company sits a CEO Node — the directing mind. It reads your intent, breaks it into objectives, and decides what to build first. It is programmed to always look for growth: it surfaces ideas you didn't have, pushes outreach and commercialization, and never stops searching for the next move. It reports to you in plain language and asks before crossing any limit you set.
Specialist departments, not a single model
Under the CEO Node, specialist departments do the work the way a real company would: product and project management, design, development, marketing, sales, CRM, legal, SEO, copywriting, voice, video, social, ads, market research, trend-watching, reputation, accounting, procurement. Each is a focused expert with its own remit — not a generalist stretched thin, but a team that divides the labor.
Orchestration, node to node
The departments don't work in silos — they orchestrate each other. Sales briefs marketing; marketing tasks design and copywriting; development ships what product specifies; accounting tracks every move. One node delegates to another, sees the result, judges it, and iterates. The whole organization behaves like a single coordinated company, end to end, with the CEO Node holding it together.
Why it's safe, and why it's serious
Ghost World is built on real legal foundations and hard technical guarantees — not on promises. Here is what holds it together.
Each company you launch is a genuine legal entity — a Delaware Series LLC, owned by you, the Citizen. It is compliant, and its real movements are declared to the authorities in Delaware. This isn't a simulation dressed up as a business: it's an actual company, legally yours.
GWT — your compute credit — is issued by a regulated partner, not by Ghost World. Purchases and resales alike go through that regulated actor. Ghost World operates the experience; issuance and settlement stay with the licensed entity. Ghost World never holds or moves fiat, and is neither a bank nor an exchange.
The Kernel is the guardrail. It alone validates and writes; the agents only propose structured actions. It bounds everything — every spend, every limit, every effect — and it enforces those rules even against the admin. No agent ever touches money, tools, or the ledger directly, at any level of autonomy.
Every movement lands in the Ledger — append-only, hash-chained, double-entry. Nothing is ever modified or deleted. Each entry carries the hash of the one before it and a Kernel signature, so the whole history is verifiable end to end. The Ledger is the single source of truth, and it cannot be quietly rewritten.
A full team of AI specialists
Your company doesn't run on one model doing everything. It runs on a team — each department a focused expert, all of them coordinated by the CEO Node and bounded by the Kernel. Here are some of the specialists already on the roster.
Product & project management
Turns your intent into a roadmap, sequences the work, and keeps every department pulling in the same direction.
Design
Builds the brand and the interfaces — identity, layout, visual system — so the company looks like it means business.
Development
Writes, builds, and tests real code in an isolated sandbox, then ships the artifact — the product actually gets made.
Marketing & ads
Generates demand: positioning, campaigns, and paid acquisition, all measured and adjusted as it learns.
Sales & CRM
Sources prospects, runs outreach across email, call and video, and keeps the pipeline organized and followed up.
Content: copy, voice, video, social
Produces the words, the voiceovers, the videos, and the social presence — a content engine across every channel.
SEO, research & trends
Watches the market, studies competitors, tracks trends, and tunes the company's visibility to where attention is going.
Legal & reputation
Keeps the company inside the lines and watches how it is perceived — guardrails on one side, image on the other.
Accounting & procurement
Tracks every cent against the Ledger and handles sourcing and purchasing — the back office that keeps the books honest.
An operation that never clocks out
No headcount to hire, no shifts to schedule. The qualities below describe how the operation behaves — not a forecast, not a promise of returns.
The company operates around the clock — it keeps working while you sleep, then reports back.
It is programmed to always look for the next opportunity, not to wait to be told.
Every effect is bounded by your limits and the Kernel — nothing happens off the books.
GWT holds a fixed 1:1 value to the US dollar — a credit you spend, never a speculative asset.
We believe the unit of exchange of tomorrow is compute.
GWT embodies that thesis: a credit of compute, spendable only inside Ghost World, held at a fixed 1:1 value to the dollar. It is a charge — the cost of the work your AI company does — the way cloud is a charge, not an asset that appreciates. There is no yield and no promise of gain. What can create value is the real company the AI runs for you. The credit is never the value; the company is.
