These terms govern your use of the Ghost World website and the Ghost World application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. This page is a plain-language summary written for clarity, not a substitute for legal advice.
1. What Ghost World is — and is not
Ghost World provides software that lets you own and supervise an AI-operated company. Humans own; AI operates. You are the owner and supervisor of any company you create; you are never required to be its operator.
Ghost World operates the experience. It is not a bank, not a money transmitter, and not an exchange, and does not present itself as any of these. Ghost World never holds or moves your fiat funds: any movement of real money happens only at regulated frontiers operated by licensed partners.
2. The GWT compute credit
GWT is a utility compute credit, fixed 1:1 to the US dollar, spendable only inside Ghost World to consume compute. It is a cost, not an asset: it does not appreciate, carries no yield, and comes with no promise of gain. GWT is issued and redeemed by a regulated partner; both purchases and resales are operated by that partner, not by Ghost World. Reselling GWT is an exit from the credit, at no promised price.
3. Demo world
The demo world credits you with GWT so you can create a real company an AI operates, with no real settlement. Joining adds you to the live whitelist. Demo activity does not create financial entitlements.
4. Your company and the Kernel
Companies are designed to operate as registered Delaware Series LLCs as they reach real activity. Within the Service, every action an AI takes is proposed to the Kernel, which alone validates and records it, and which bounds every effect. You set the limits; the Kernel enforces them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, to comply with applicable law, and not to use Ghost World for unlawful activity. We may suspend access for violations.
6. No guarantees
The Service is provided "as is". An AI company is built to seek growth opportunities, but there is no guarantee of result or revenue. Nothing here is investment advice or a promise of financial return.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in the Service. Continued use means acceptance.
