This notice explains what data Ghost World handles and why. We aim for the least data necessary to run the Service well.
What we collect
- Account data: the email and credentials you provide to sign in.
- Usage data: the actions you take in the Service, so we can operate your company and show you its state.
- A language cookie (
gw_locale): remembers whether you prefer English or French. That's a functional cookie, not advertising.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not hold your fiat money — regulated partners handle any real-money frontier.
- The public Companies directory shows only public company metrics and productions. It never exposes an owner's identity, private accounts, or internal operations (isolation by company is an invariant of the platform).
The Ledger
The platform's internal Ledger is append-only and immutable for integrity reasons. Financial records that must exist for accounting and compliance are kept accordingly; this is separate from personal data you can manage in your account.
Your choices
You can change your language anytime, and you can request access to or deletion of your personal account data through the Service, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
Changes
We may update this notice; material changes will be surfaced in the Service.
